Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition 25 License Promotional Sample Question

I went to a seminar and received a promotional sample copy of Microsoft

Windows Server 2003 with 25 cal licenses. It's a legal full retail box

that I got directly from a Microsoft employee and has a sticker that
says "Promotional Sample Not For Resale." I understand this to mean
that I can give it away to one of my customers as a promotional sample
as long as the box is sealed.

Does anyone know what the rules are concerning Not For Resale software?

Am I correct in assuming that I can transfer this software to whomever

I wish as long as I do not directly sell the software? I'm just trying

to find out if it is legal since I really have no need for 25 license
of any OS! I would hate for it to go to waste, but I do not want to do

anything unethical. I have heard that you can transfer this type of
software as long as you sell a piece of hardware with it. Does anyone
know?
