Multivision Computers Ltd (UK) ceased trading on the 5th January 2004
leaving many customers with worthless warrenties, broken machines and no
support. MVHELP was set up in July 2004 to offer assistance, technical
support and advice, also being somewhere that people could share thier
problems with Multivision.

The group has been steadily growing, with many members contributing valuable
advice that simply wasn't available elsewhere. Members have successfully
made claims using the section 75 of the consumers credit act to get their
machines repaired or replaced, solved smaller technical problems and shared
experiences, keeping thier machines running smoothly.
