ahhh
i've come across this problem before and know exactly what to do.

unplug everything, put the computer back in its box and give it to
someone homeless

problem solved :-)

Thx for contacting the winnipeg for help group my name is Oracle.
Do you still have the box the computer came in ? Good.
Unplug everthing thats connects to the computer, then pack up the case
and the keyboard and take it back to where you bought it from, if they
ask you why you/or your friend is returning it, tell them that your to
****ing stupid to operate a computer.
