Remote Desktop

I am useing VPN and Remote Desktop here at work... First of al, we VPN
into a central site, then use Remote Desktop with a Windows2k Terminal
Services server. I know that Remote Desktop can redirect printing to a
locally attached printer, and by default, it will not print to any
locally networked printers. Any ideas how I might get it to redirect to
a local networked printer?
