The Koreans have IMHO indeed analysed the situation pretty accurate. Its
all about the balance of power. Until this very day i never heard a threat
from the far-east that can be described as a direct threat to the USA
and EU, including threats of firing Korean Nukes our way.

Why the Koreans are so franticly suspicious about the honest intentions of
the USA? Hmm maybe a study of the Korean-USA war from the 1950's might
give a clue.
