PC overheating problem?

PC was working fine one day. The next, it started rebooting itself (win xp
pro, 528 mb ram, athlon proc 1.5 ghz). Then, it would come back on but after
awhile reboot itself. Now I cannot even get an image on the monitor. PC
seems to power up okay so not sure what is causing this. Fans are all
working fine. Last check CPU heat as 109 F which is fine.

Any ideas?
