Hello all

I got one of these Emerson Switchboard units as a gift a while ago, and
am trying to use it. Call Waiting is functional on the line, and the
thing is as simple as dirt to hook up. Even so, I double-checked the
connections.

Testing it out, I find I can neither receive nor place a phone call
while online. Does anyone have any idea why this might be?
