motheboard upgrade help

i have a pentium 2 350mhz, can i put a petium 4 motherboard in this system

No you cannot .. you will need a Pentium 4 CPU, Motherboard and DDR memory

Yes; however the Power Supply may then be inadequate.

Yes; however the Power Supply may then be inadequate.

As will his hard drive be old and obsolete .. Whole new system is what I
