Ami Bios v2.56 Fine Tunning Settings

I just put together a computer I have a Pentium 3.0e processor, MSI
915 G Combo Motherboard, 512MB of Crucial Memory, And a MSI 6600GT
video card.

Id like to fine tune my Bios. Im finding that my computer is running
sluggish. Unfortunatley I don't have near enough brain cells to figure
It all out on my own.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Miles
