Camcorder media conversion?

After buying my new Sony digital videocam, I have been looking into DVD
burners and software to convert to DVDs. Looks like a whole lot more of an
investment and trouble than I care to undertake right now. Does anybody know
of a service company in the Chicagoland area that does this commercially? I
have failed finding a yellow pages catagory. Thanks
