i ordered a dell xps system ,went on line to check the order and it was not
exactly what i ordered.
three times i went thru this
first they gave me the 3.4 processer insted of the 3.46 extreme that i
wanted,
next was the video card,
then one rep promised me a rebate for my troubles and said he was throwing
some free software, another lying sales rep, also i wanted the two hardrives
with no raid confiuation,when i checked online it had a raid 1 config.

originally iwas going to be delived by the 12/21, now its 12/27, so much for
christmas.

if you want a truthful sales rep manager at dell ,that fixed my order for me
,call dell then go to ext.58714 DONT GO TO ANYOTHER SALES REP...
