Scandisk problem
ever since I installed Norton 2005 my scandisk program will
not work right. I get a message that "scandisk has
restarted 10 times" Any suggestions as to what is wrong??

You have to stop Norton while you're running scandisk.

the only thing norton is doing is checking incoming mail and
the worm. How do i stop it for just to run scandisk?

Norton is running in the background all the time. It's been a while since I
used Norton because I think it's a crap program but IIRC you right click on
the Norton icon in the system tray and disable it for the duration of the
scandisk.
