Burning to cd from web address

I'm drawing a blank. Must be old age. Let's say I have a web address
to an mpeg. How would I go about saving the mpeg so I can burn it to a
cd and play it, because I have a few car race videos from different
websites I would like to put on a cd. Thanks and have a safe weekend.
