saving emails

i know i shouldn't be using ms outlook express but can someone tell me a
simple way to take my emails off one computer and put 'em on my other?

Maybe just "forward" them to yourself?

Under File, there is an Export choice which sends messages to either Outlook
or MS Exchange. I haven't used it but you could experiment with it.
