outlook express denies me!

when i get an attachment oe says "oe removed access to the following
attachment"

why? pls?

As long as you have anitivirus to check your mail, then Go to Tools,
then Options, Then the Security Tab.
If the box "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that would
potentially be a virus: is ticked , then uncheck it and Apply.

You attachments should now come in,.

As long as you have anitivirus to check your mail, then Go to Tools,

You need to change the security settings in Outlook Express so that it
