Microstar MS 6340 Motherboard

I have a Microstar (MSI) MS 6340 motherboard which I purchased recently (my
old one blew) having fitted the whole thing back together, the computer
flashes up for about 2 seconds and then runs down. If I leave it for about
a minute and plug the power cord in, the same thing will happen - all the
lights come up but then it immediately powers down again.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated
Regards
Tony
