sdram non compatible???????

Hi, I have an IBM 300pl 350mhz computer. It came with one 64mb stick
of IBM sdram. I bought another stick of 64md sdram still IBM sdram.
Both 100mhz and 3.3 volts. They both work separately in any slot but
never together. At the POST i get one long beep followed by 3 short
beeps and then followed by 4 short beeps when both are installed.
Nothing is send to the monitor and therefore I cannot see anything.
Can anyone help me out?
