Corrupt file

Can anyone tell me how to get of a corrupt file? I get a window when I
try to go the desktop that says "There is a corrupt file in the recycle
bin" (the recycle bin is empty). I tried to click "yes" on the disk
cleaner, but when I do it starts flashing back and forth to the yes and
no, like a railroad crossing signal. Also, I think the computer has that
sasser worm. How can I get rid of that if it does have it?

TIA,
Daniel
