formated c: on a emachine t1801

Did the format c: on the computer seeing as how I could not get the
computer working and now I cannot reinstall any from of windows
can anyone help?

Please be more specific on the problem you are having... As well as list
the specifications of your system; Proprietary Systems Manufacturer if
applicable/Model, Operating System, Processor, RAM, Motherboard, etc...
A problem with instalation could be caused by a number of things, as
well as the components you currently have inside your box conflicting with
the current OS you are installing.
Also, the specific installation problem you are having, (I get this far and
then it craps out).
