Customize Windows Logo

Dear: All,

I am wondering if you can customizing the Windows Shutdown,
Startup, and Wait logo can be customized. If it can i also need to know how.
I am operarting Windows 98SE. My computer does not display the "It is now
safe to turn off your computer" when I shutdown.(it shutdown itself)
