Floppy Light Stays On After Boot

Dear:All,

I am Operating onWindows 3.1 and my 3 1/3" Floppy and 5 1/3"
Floppy LED stay on After I boot up the system. I have fixed this before, but
in file manger when I select B:\(The 5 1/3 is A:\) An Error message said
"This Drive Does Not Exist" But I have it Connected proper and the light LED
still stays on.
I can't just unplug B:\ because I need it.

Any Help or Tips Will be nice,

Travis Nowicki ;-)
