AOL IM & Outlook Express

Whenever I open Outlook Express, my AOL Instant Messenger opens and
signs on. I unchecked the box in Outlook Express that says
"Automatically log on to AOL Instant Messenger" but that did not help.
Any tips?

Turn of aim as ur defualt instant messenger on the aim prefrences i had the
same problem
