Hey Group...

I have a Canon MultiPass F30 that has worked flawlessly for a couple of
years. I changed the black ink tank a few days ago, and now I can't get
anything to print in black text. I just tried doing a cleaning of the print
head and also installing a new tank again, and unfortunately, no difference.
Even when I do the head alignment, I'm not getting any numerical values that
I would normally get. I've e-mailed Canon, but nothing but an automated
response as of yet. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
