which Graphics Card?

I am looking to get a new card for my PC. I am torn between a Radeon 9200SE
128MB, or an XFX GeForce4 MX440, it's to go in with WinXP, 512MB RAM, 2.4Ghz
Chip.

Thanks

DaveQ
