I need a computer for editing video from my digital camcorder.

What kind of computer can anyone build me to meet the standards for that and
how much will you charge me? I need a computer for video editing but keep
in mind that I am not trying to go broke over paying for a computer so don't
give me some suited up prices but do please keep quality and performance in
mind of the computer that you can build me. Thank you in advance.

Do you just need the computer, or do you also need a monitor, printer, etc.?
