1.3GHz celeron

I got a Abit VH6 motherboard with a FC-PGA 370 pin design I want to install
a Celeron 1.3 GHz processor. It call for a FG-PGA II 370.socket Can I
install this new Celeron processor i.m My (old) VH6 motherboard.

I don't know a lot about MOBO's but have been checking into using a
Celeron 1.3 on a slot1 MOBO... I think that you've gotten a newer
tualtin-based processor and it is in the same basic 370 configuration but
different pin set up or something... it is not a replacement without an
adapter which IS available to mate a tualtin celeron with the previous
celeron socket. Do some research on adapters or upgrades and you should
verify this limited help info.... upallnite
