Computer memory

I want to but more memory for my computer. Can anybody give me some
tips for buying? Are there generic memory cards, or do you have to buy
a specific kind for your computer. Any suggestions would be
appreciated. Thanks.

Give us some kind of clue as to what type of machine you are running
(brand or motherboard and processor) and then maybe we can help you.

Re: Computer memory

why do you need more memory? have you changed your usage purposes? do you
have a new operating system? are you running graphics intensive
apps(games, video production)? how much do you have now?

Re: Computer memory

Go to Crucial.com and tell them what your machine is and they will tell
you what you need. You should also buy it from them, it is good quality
and fair prices.

I only have 32RAM and my computer is very slow, I have heard that
adding memory will improve performance.
