boot issues

I installed mandrake linux 9.1 on my system which had win98se on it already,
i installed linux on my second physical disk so as not to lose data on my C:
drive. well i found out that linux wont boot on this system so i erased all
its partitions and recovered my D: drive, but i still get the linux
bootloader at startup, how do i get rid of it and replace it with my windows
98 startup?

thanks

oh and another thing... how do i get AIM to stop opening everytim ei open
outlook express??!?!
