Help with DECODING Emails MIME - Version 1.0

I'm trying to find out how I can decode e-mails.
The sender part of the email says
MIME -Version: 1.0
Content Type it says- multipart/mixed;boundry="part1_17f.20358743.2c8f19bf_boundry "
If anyone could help me with this decoding I would really appreciate your help.
Thanks
