non working mobo

lo, wonder if ne1 can help me..
i got a new alu coolermaster case the other day and removed my whole setup
and put it in the new case. i wired everything up and switched it on.. it
posts but then doesnt go past the boot logo screen. ive tried flashing the
bios and it doesnt seem to change anything. my setup is:
asus a7n8x deluxe
athlon xp 2600
2x256 kingston 333
asus gf4 ti4400

any help would be appreciated

Check all of the case to Mobo wires again, check that all is seated,
check over the BIOS.
