2nd Hard Drive

I wondering if anybody knows a relatively easy way to access data on a
second hard drive. My primary drive is running XP and my secondary drive is
running Redhat. I can get into the Redhat drive, but there is an error that
is preventing me from getting into my XP drive. I would like to access the
data from that drive through my Redhat drive. Does anybody know if this is
possible. Thanks for your help. Send your response to best95******.com

Re: 2nd Hard Drive

Your answer can be found @ www.redhat.com but in a book that I have
about Red Hat 7.0 you do the following

1. Make a directory where you want the files to be accessed from. A
good place is /mnt/Win

$ mkdir /mnt/win

2. Mount your Windows Partition into the file system
mount -t vfat /dev/hdal1 /mnt/win

3. Access your Windows files by copying them or simply specifying
their full pathname when you need them or or moving into the /mnt/win
directory
