| Re: computer not responding to modem I have Comcast. I could help. If you have an Ethernet connection, you're safe to go. Plug the Ethernet Cable into the Ethernet on the Computer and the ethernet on the cable modem. If you don't have an ethernet, call up 1-866-594-1234.
