okay so originally what happened is that i was just starting a game to play on my computer when all of a sudden it froze, so i decided to give it the reboot (after ctrl-alt-delete attempts failed etc.) and when it came back on again (monitor originally starts with solid blue foxconn logo and type) the foxconn print and label are all pixely and have holes in the colour (it also takes a few more seconds that usual to get to this screen). After this screen is up it goes to the next screen, the usual `verifying DMI pool data, Boot from CD:` it goes to a screen that says:

``We apologize for the inconvenience, but windows did not start successfully. A recent hardware or software change might have caused this.

If your computer has stopped responding, resarted unexpectedly, or was automatically shut down to protect your files and folders, choose Last Known Good Configuration to revert to the most recent settings that work.

If a previous startup attempt was interrupted due to a power failure or because the power or resest button was pressed, or if uou aren``t sure what caused the problem, choose start windowns normally.

so then after this i am taken to the usual windows xp loading screen (with the loading bar that moves across) but also this time the windows logo is pixelated as well. And then right after this there is a quick flash of a blue screen with white writing on it and then i am taken back to the foxconn screen (almost as if the computer has restarted itself again)
this is the same for if i pick `start windows normally``or the `last known good configuration`and if i choose the safemode options, i can get into safe mode after awhile but i would really prefer to run the regular mode of my computer, HELP PLEASE!!!
