Smile adobe flash player 9 problems, help!

im running windows xp home edition and i have installed adobe flash player 9 on the the administrator acount but if i try to veiw videos on youtube, pinkbike etc.. on another user it says that i need to ugrade my flash player to (adobe 9) and it gives me a link to download it, it then says that my download attempt has been successfull but the videos still fail to work.

any idears how this could be fixed?

your software may have been infected by virus, you may need to reinstall your flash player. If problem still occurs, try using other installer for flash.
