reverse chkdsk??

recently my pc reset itself(possible blue screen of death) and the chkdsk utility ran itself. i turn on the screen and chkdsk is deleting an enormous amount of bad sectors or missing file attributes, cant remember which. now almost every music file i have(70Gb) will not play on any media player. is there any way to reverse what chkdsk has deleted or repair my files? help me please!!!
