| problem with internet connection i can not connect to the internet. the connection status says: -connected -sent 16083, received 0 is this a problem at ISP ends or is it a local network problem? how can this be fix?      |

| Re: problem with internet connection We will need more details to help. What is the operating system? How is the desktop connected to the Intenet? Did this work and stop? what changed? Did you install Norton or any other product? Please let us know.

| Re: problem with internet connection this computer is running windows xp, it connects to internet through a wireless router. the internet was working fine, and the next day no internet. the symtom was as i specify before. |

| Re: problem with internet connection Through your browser, connect to the wireless device's IP. Check the manufacturer's website or manual for the IP you will need to enter. What is the brand and model of the wireless device?
