Is your problem that everything appears to be working but you cannot hear any sound? In which case you should double-click on the grey Speaker icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen and check sound levels are high enough.

If the software appears not to be working properly then you will have to be more specific as to what is going wrong.

I've received your reply about Real Player.
After I posted my problem, I tried again and heard with it discontinuously. I think that happens because of connection in my area and no problem.
