Thumbs down Adobe premire error

hey everytime i try to open my adobe preimere elements 2.0 i get this "The instruction at "0x66869bd7" referenced memory at "0x7ffdefff". The
memory could not be "read". How do i fix this i already tried removing it and re installing it.
