ok i have this issue when i try to play on windows vista the colors in game will be wrong when i alt tab a few times it will fix is there anything i can dl to make it play right always?

I'm having this same problem, but I didn't know pressing alt tab will fix it. Sorry, but I dont know anyway to permanently fix it though

I don't know about the Vista version bcoz i didn't try it.. so you can have handlers solution in the game itself.
