I am a high school mathematics ed major. I'll be interning everyday starting in January up until the end of April/beginning of May. How many teachers (not necessarily math), are using tablet PC's? I've used mine in the school twice so far. I've come across a problem. One day it worked fine and the pen and everything was displayed through a data projector. The next time I tried it, the pen wouldn't work. I'm using a vga cord to link the data projector and my tablet PC. If I can resolve this issue, I have all my lessons set up through powerpoint and I can easily use my pen to jot down notes during lecutures. The students find this interesting. Any tips would be appreciated.

Are you using Office 2003 or Office 2007?

Is the issue only when you're presenting? Or can you use ink in PPT when in review mode? The icon in slide presentation mode is small and really becomes pronounced when hovering directly over it, do you think you're just missing that?
