I think you can do this with Senuti, although I haven't tried it myself.

There are several free or shareware programs listed at
Versiontracker.com that can be used for this as well. See for example:

If they are always both on at the same time and the network is always
available, (or you have network storage available) then I think you can
use aliases for the iTunes database files on one machine.
