| Sony (alpha) DSLR-A100 slr camera on my G4 runing OSX 10.4.7 I can mount and view my Sony (alpha) DSLR-A100 slr camera on my G4 runing OSX 10.4.7 however after I log off I am unable to shut down my computer. I must push the reset button on my computer to restart the computer. Upon restarting all of the hard drives mount (external and internal) except for my second internal Maxtor 120 gig drive (it too eventually mounts). The manual indicates that this camera works with USB 2.0 which my computer does not have, but I am still able to transfer the pictures with a USB via a hub. Before disconnecting the camera should I first log out rather than shut down? What is the proper way to disconnect this camera from my computer so that I will be able to shut down my computer without having to push the restart or power buttons? -- http://bergenbulldogradio.blogspot.com/ |
