| Garageband-Loops, Am I missing something? Hi everyone, I've been playing around with Garageband and having lots of fun with loops. However, how do I manage to change chords from bar to bar in order to effect a chord progression? Am I missing something? s the chord progression built into the loops? Thanks Danny |

Select an loop or a non-loop for that matter and double-click it. Move the "Region Pitch" slider on the lower left of the window to whatever amount you want to transpose. > s the chord > progression built into the loops? ??? Depends what you mean by that. There is no ability built into the loop to transpose it - you have to do that yourself. Also remember that you can transpose MIDI loops (the green ones) to much better effect than Audio Loops. Audio loops don't sound very good if transposed too high or too low. |

However, all you do is make a new repeat of the same loop and change *its* pitch. Does that make sense? Each instance of the same loop within the same track can be at different pitches. -- Adrian |
