Is there an equivalent Copy Agent?

Two programs I missed moving from OS 9 were Turbo Keys and Copy Agent. I
found a replacement for Turbo Keys in Spark. Is anyone aware of a
replacement for Copy Agent? For those not aware of Copy Agent, you could
drag an entire folder to a backup HD and Copy Agent would determine
which files needed to be updated (without copying every file in the
folder).
