Screen Grabber

In a Mac how would I grab the image of a screen so that I can save it to a
file? Is this builtin? An application?

Command-shift-3 will take a picture of the whole screen, and save it to
the desktop as a PDF file. Command-shift-4 will let you select a
portion of the screen.

The Grab application in the Utilities folder gives you more options.

He's probably not on TIGER. Prior to Tiger it was a PDF.
