| Mac disc images on Windows. Dear members: Can disc images created on a Mac be sent to a Windows machine and opened ? I have the need to send files that are somewhat confidential to a family member that owns a Windows machine (files will be send over the net). The first thought that came to mind was to use an encrypted disc image that would require a password to be opened. The questions is: Can Windows handle disc images created on a Mac ? In case they can, how would the user open then when they are encrypted and require a password to be opened ? Ideas and suggestions on this subject will be very appreciated. Thank you in advance, Joseph Chamberlain |
