| iCal "To Do" list won't print in items in the right order A friend who is seriously considering switching from WinXP to OS X (10.4.4) emailed me this, and I didn't have an answer, so I'm posting the question here: "I'm trying out a ToDo list in iCal (2.0.3) that I sort manually. This allows me to group things by category. But when I go to print my To Do List, using the List View, it totally scrambles the order of my tasks. And it seems to be entirely random. It's not by date created, or date due, or alphabetical or anything I can determine. I've determined that it's not the print driver, because this even happens when I simply copy the list and paste it into a text file. It shows up in a completely different order than the one that was showing on screen. I'm desperate to make this work. How can I get iCal to print my To Do list in the same order in which I've manually sorted it?" Anyone have a clue about this? |
