Dead performa 200

Hey all, I found a performa 200 on the curb and booted it up, well it didnt
actually boot- just vertical bars on the screen. Any ideas? Its been a while
since I've mac'd- are there any keystrokes I could do to zap some Pram or
something?

While you can try Command + Option + P + R to zap the pram, common to
many old Macs is a dead battery... there's a (I think) 3.7 V lithium
battery on the motherboard, which dies in 7 years or so.

Luckily, it's not soldered on and is easily replaceable. Unluckily, they
seem to cost $5-10 or so... which only you can decide whether it's worth
spending.
