suddenly can't print
 

Hi,

While trying to print from BBEdit, I suddenly got an error message. In
two separate windows, I got:
Preparing
and, the scrolling bar and below it.

In another window was:
Print
Error while printing

I then tried from the terminal - same result.
From MS Word, I got the same.

From the original Tiger disk, I reloaded the the HP Printer stuff; I
have both a HP 5M and a color 5M.

Same result!!

I tried to "print as a pdf" and got the same result. Thus, it is deeper
than just the drivers for the laserjets!

Any ideas????
