It's called Virtual PC. It emulates a Pentium computer, on which various
versions of DOS & Windows can be installed. It is a commercial product,
which has generally been sold with a version of Windows already
installed. Was developed by Connectix, and is now owned & marketed by
Microsoft.

To run on Mac OS 9.2, you need an older version of Virtual PC, as the
version currently on the market runs on OS X.

You might try ebay for an older version.

Also, look on ebay for Insignia's SoftWindows 98. I have a copy (2 CD's)
that worked well with my 9.2.2-powered G3, but doesn't seem to work at all
with my MacMini and 10.3.9, even though I have 9.2.2 installed and use it
successfully with many other applications; something about needing a disk
image mounted (which is an issue that I'm not familiar with and can't seem
to resolve...)

If anyone knows how to resolve this situation, I'd love to hear about it.
Otherwise, I might be "motivated" to let it go for a good price, if anyone
is interested...
